Privacy Policy

NECXAR is a design and development studio operated by Mohammed Midlaj TK. In this policy, “NECXAR”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business. We decide how and why your personal information is used, and we are responsible for it.

When you contact us through the form on our Contact page, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• your name and email address
• your company name, if you add it
• the service you are interested in and your budget, if you share them
• the project details you write in your message

Your name, email address and project details are required so that we can reply. Everything else is optional.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider Cloudflare receives the technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it only to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you send the form, we also run a few checks to stop spam. Cloudflare Turnstile uses signals from your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. We check that the domain of your email address can receive email. So that we can limit how many messages are sent, we keep your email address and your network address for 24 hours, stored as scrambled codes rather than in readable form.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.

We use your information to:

• read and reply to your enquiry
• discuss, quote for and deliver a project you ask us about
• keep the website and the contact form secure and free of spam and abuse
• meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations if you become a client

We do not send you marketing emails, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

When you send us a message, you consent to us using your details to respond to you as described in this policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation apply, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the website and handle your message:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it from attacks and runs the spam check.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Hostinger hosts our email, where your message and our replies are stored.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a court or a government authority.

Some of our providers process information outside India, including in the United States. When we use them, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your information.

• Enquiries: we keep your message and our correspondence for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires.
• Spam-limit records: kept for 24 hours, after which they are cleared automatically.
• Technical logs held by Cloudflare: a short period set by Cloudflare, usually a few days.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

necxar.com does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary security cookies, for example when it checks that a visitor is human. These keep the site secure, are not used to track you across other websites and cannot be switched off without affecting how the site works.

Because we use no optional cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• delete your information
• stop using your information, or withdraw your consent

To make a request, email info@necxar.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the data protection authority in your country if you live elsewhere.

We protect your information with encrypted connections, by limiting access to the people who need it, and by working with providers that maintain recognised security standards. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to our profiles on Instagram and X. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
